Member Profile

Jugoslav is the programme director of the European Youth Card in Montenegro, since the start of this project in 2018.

Under his supervision, the card organisation in Montenegro has won three EYCA Excellence Awards in the field of "Quality of Youth Benefits" and "Strengthening Sustainability“. He is actively involved in the development of youth policy, promoting human rights, as well as creating different media, marketing and IT solutions. Throughout his experience, Jugoslav has cooperated with a large number of individuals and organisations from academic to business networks. 

He is very excited to be a part of the EYCA Board and lead the development of Maximising Impact – the EYCA programme which supports member organisations to constantly improve their work with youth people and ensure top-quality services.
