Azerbaijan Student Card Project is being implemented jointly by the Ministry of Youth and Sport of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ministry of Education, ASYOU and European Youth Card Association (EYCA). The goal of the project is to provide local and foreign students studying in our country with the "Azerbaijan Student Card". Azerbaijan Student Card offers its owner discounts of more than 80,000 in 37 European countries and from 5% to 55% in more than 300 objects in Azerbaijan. To get information about the discounts offered by the Student Card, card users can use eyca.az and the mobile application "Azerbaijan Student Card".

The card is issued by Azerbaijan Student Youth Organizations’ Union.
