Card's Profile

The European Youth Card (EYC) is an internationally recognised benefit card for youth people aged 13-29 years, who can use over 270 discounts in Montenegro and 30.000 discounts in Europe free of charge. 

The implementation of this international socially responsible program from 2018. contributes to strengthening the mobility of young people, their non-formal education, better information process, networking with peers at local, national and European level, creating digital youth society, and reducing youth unemployment in our country.

European Youth Card (EYCA) in Montenegro is most popular project for youth people with more than 40.000 distributed EYCA cards across all of the country. It is recognized as a project of public interest for youth people with an adopted Strategic framework for development of EYCA Card in the period 2022-2024.

With established strong partnerships with state institutions, local municipalities, universities, business society, international and national organizations, European Youth Card (EYCA) most used tool for improvement of life conditions for youth people in Montenegro.

Implementor of the project is NGO “Center for Youth education” with support of Ministry of Sports and Youth on behalf of the Government of Montenegro.

The card is issued by Center for Youth Education.
