YOUTH ACT CENTER is a non-profit organization (NGO), based in Tirana - Albania, founded and legally registered on July 2013, in which aims to empower youth from the age of 14 to 30 to take an active role in their lives, family and society.

The Center’s vision is empowering the youth as the “engine” of the country development and the mission is to support the five I’s: Youth Initiative, Youth Integration, Youth Involvement, Youth Inspiration and Youth Interconnection.

The Center is led by young people for young people. Youth Act provides a center to support individuals, organizations and initiatives that focus on youth employment in Albania.

Youth Act Center activities are based in 3 main pillars: Youth Projects, European Youth Card and Volunteerism Services. Since February 2015 Youth Act Center is member of European Youth Card Association based in Brussels.

PRONI Center for Youth Development is a leading youth organisation in Bosnia and Herzegovina focused on strengthening active citizenship, non formal education, and community engagement among young people.

We implement long term youth work programs, training courses, volunteering initiatives, and local participation projects across the country. As the member organisation of EYCA in Bosnia and Herzegovina, PRONI promotes the European Youth Card as a tool that supports mobility, learning, and inclusion for all young people aged 15 to 30.

The card offers access to a growing network of discounts, cultural and educational opportunities, and youth friendly services throughout Europe. PRONI works with local partners and institutions to expand card benefits and ensure visibility in all regions. Through these activities, we contribute to building a connected, informed, and empowered generation of young people in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The National Youth Card Association (NYCA) in Bulgaria is the official representative of the European Youth Card Association (EYCA), providing young people aged 16 to 30 with access to the European Youth Card.

Through youthcard.bg, NYCA offers over a thousand discounts and opportunities in Bulgaria and tens of thousands across Europe, supporting youth mobility, cultural participation, and affordable travel. Beyond issuing cards, NYCA actively promotes youth engagement, inclusion, and empowerment by collaborating with institutions, municipalities, and civil society.

The organisation implements youth-focused initiatives, encourages participation in European programmes, and fosters partnerships that enhance the personal and professional development of young people. Its mission is to create accessible opportunities and support young people in building a more active, connected, and confident generation.

Croatian Youth Hostel Association is a non-profit and non-governmental organization with a mission to encourage young people to explore and appreciate the rich natural and cultural heritage of Croatia and other countries.

CYHA promotes international understanding and respect of different regions, countries, people and their culture. In order to achieve its mission CYHA runs a low cost network of youth hostels, provide discounts and assists and helps young people and groups in creating their travel and educational programmes.

CYHA runs national and international projects with partners from different countries which are focused on promoting positive values among young people (e.g. youth participation, tolerance, culture).

The Youth Board of Cyprus was founded in 1994 as a public legal entity pursuant to the Youth Board Law of 1994 (Ν.33 (Ι)/94), which was passed unanimously by the House of Representatives. Since the beginning of its operation on the 2nd of June 1994, when the first Board of Directors was appointed, the organization has offered young people multiple opportunities for active participation in social activities in Cyprus and abroad.

The organization’s main role is advisory but it also undertakes youth related projects, following the approval of the Council of Ministers, either during the approval on the organization’s annual budget or under another special decision. As an advisory body, the Board of Directors submits proposals on the formation of a comprehensive and specialized youth policy to the Council of Ministers, via the Minister of Education and Culture.The aim of the YBC policies are:- progress and welfare of all young people in Cyprus- providing opportunities to young people and their organizations to actively participate and be responsible for the social, economic and cultural development of their community and country- young people’s creative engagement and entertainment dealing with youth related problems directly and effectively.

European Youth Card

Holders of the European Youth Card enjoy privileges and discounts in more than 100,000 businesses both in Cyprus and in Europe.European Youth Card, regularly offers its holders giveaway gifts through competitions that we organize on Social Media.The Card is issued FREE OF CHARGE by the Youth Board of Cyprus for young people of Cyprus aged 13 to 30. The European Youth Card Association – EYCA is the coordinating body of all the countries that issue the card in Europe.

Student Card

The Student Card offers all the privileges of the European Youth Card and is specifically made for students, offering discounts (50%) on buses in Cyprus.The Student Card is granted to all students of certified College and University study programs in Cyprus, as well as to Cypriot Youth who study abroad, until the age of 30 years old.The Student Card is issued FREE OF CHARGE by the Youth Board of Cyprus in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, Sports and Youth.

Koolisüsteemide OÜ has been established on 2008 and the main activities are related to card issuing, software platform development and youth card benefit network development. The cards (student ID cards, staff cards etc.) are mainly issued to different educational institutions who are using the software platform to administrate and order all the cards they need. Youth cards are distributed only digitally also through the same platform.

The IJD France Association has been dedicated since 2015 to the development of the European Youth Card programme in France, with the objective of supporting and encouraging the mobility of French and European young people within French territory.

To achieve this, we have developed a plan focused primarily on high-quality discounts, youth and European information, and co-branding of the card in regions that already have a regional youth card.

All of this is undertaken while maximising our communication resources on social networks and at youth events throughout France.

The European Youth Card Georgia (EYCG) is implemented by the Tbilisi Sports and Youth Centre, a municipal body supporting youth engagement, non-formal education, and access to opportunities in the city. EYCG provides young people aged 18 - 30 with discounts and benefits in Georgia and across 40 European countries.

In addition to the Classic card, EYCG offers a co-branded card with Bank of Georgia, available to all Georgian citizens. Bank of Georgia holds the title of "The Best Mobile Bank in the World", ensuring a high-quality digital experience for young users. Through EYCG, Georgian youth join a network of over 9.3 million cardholders and have access to 25,000 opportunities across Europe.

The European Youth Card is known in Germany as "Jugendkarte".

It is issued (on behalf of Reisenetz e. V. – the professional association for children's and youth travel) by EYCard Deutschland GmbH, whose sole task is to develop and support projects related to the EYCA and to distribute the card in Germany.

The EYCA in Germany includes international travel health insurance from ERGO Insurance for persons residing in Germany, valid for one year, for any number of trips (up to 45 days each), worldwide.

The "Berlin Youth Card" also costs €19; for persons residing in the Berlin district of Pankow, the card costs €12.50.

INEDIVIM is a public, non-profit organization under the supervision of the Ministry of Education, focused on lifelong learning, adult education, youth support, and social cohesion.

Through Erasmus+ (Youth & Sport sector) and the European Solidarity Corps, it offers young people opportunities for mobility, volunteering, and collaborative actions at the European level.It promotes active participation and skills development through non-formal and informal learning, encouraging social inclusion, solidarity, and European cooperation.

In this context, the European Youth Card complements INEDIVIM’s activities by providing young people with access to discounts, services, and benefits, facilitating mobility and engagement in European opportunities.

The EYCA Classic Card: The Classic Card entitles the cardholder to obtain exclusively trade preferences. Discounts regarding public transportation in Hungary cannot be obtained.

Information on the order:

• After giving your personal data, uploading a photo and having paid the necessary fee online, the Classic Card can be ordered quickly and in a safe way.

• Registration is needed at www.oktatas.hu webpage or you can log in with KAÜ (central identification agent).

• Fee of the Classic Card: 2490 Ft.

The Department for Youth Policies and Universal Civil Service is the supporting body of the President of the Council of Ministers for the promotion and coordination of Government actions aimed at ensuring the implementation of policies in favour of young people and in the field of the Universal Civil Service.

The National Youth Card is an initiative of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers - Department for Youth Policies and Universal Civil Service, and it represents one of the tools supporting youth policies that the Italian Government, through the Minister for Youth Policies and Sport, promotes to foster the civil, cultural, social, and economic development of younger generations.

The Lazio Region – Regional Directorate for Culture, Youth and Family Policies, Equal Opportunities, and Civil Service, is responsible for implementing regional legislation on youth policies, promoting the socio-economic, cultural, artistic and creative development of new generations. This is achieved also through the signing of Agreements and/or Conventions with the Department for Youth Policies and Universal Civil Service of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, in line with the strategic orientations of the European Union and the Italian State.

The Directorate collaborates with other regional bodies to implement regulations concerning:

• support measures for young people;

• promotion of institutional tools for the participation of younger generations in local political and administrative life.

It handles administrative and accounting procedures, as well as preparatory activities related to Regional Law No. 20/2007 (Promotion of institutional participation tools for young generations in local political and administrative life), as amended, especially regarding the establishment and management of Youth and Children’s Municipal Councils.

It promotes activities, programs, and initiatives in the fields of sport and physical activity, supporting the dissemination of various sports disciplines and the appropriate development of sports facilities. It coordinates and facilitates the civil service sector, and promotes projects funded by EU resources, including Structural Funds, within its areas of responsibility. It also conducts communication activities and manages the development and operation of regional web portals related to its areas of competence.

LAZIOcrea supports the Lazio Region in activities related to administrative functions and support for the operation of the Lazio Regional Council, with particular reference to administrative, technical, and technical-administrative tasks. It also organizes and manages services of local interest, including initiatives for the enhancement and instrumental management of regional real estate assets, through the provision and management of databases, application systems, and IT platforms.

In particular, LAZIOcrea provides technical support to the Region in defining digital growth strategies, taking care of the design, implementation, and management of Digital Agenda initiatives, following a unified and integrated approach with the Regional Information System. It also implements e-government and open government programs and develops high-tech services for users, citizens, and businesses.

Bella x Noi" Youth Card is a special initiative dedicated to young people in the Lazio Region, offering discounts, benefits, and exclusive opportunities for culture, travel, and entertainment. Managed by LazioCrea S.p.A., the regional in-house company, the program aims to promote youth participation and access to services. LazioCrea supports innovation, digital transformation, and social inclusion projects across the region. Through "Bella x Noi," Lazio invests in the empowerment and wellbeing of its young citizens. It’s more than a card - it’s a gateway to experiences, growth, and community.

Eurodesk Italy is a nonprofit body governed by public law (EU Directive 24/2014) established in 1997. It operates with the support of the European Commission, the Italian National Agency for Youth. Eurodesk Italy's mission is to shorten distances between young people and institutions, centres and peripheries, and raise awareness among young people on learning mobility opportunities, encouraging them to become active citizens.

With the support of the European Youth Card Association (EYCA) and the Sardinian Autonomous Region, Eurodesk Italy promotes and runs the Carta Giovani Sardegna, a tool for all young Sardinians from 14 to 30 years old to take part in quality mobility experiences through access to opportunities and discounts at local, regional, national and European levels.

“Assembly of Youth” is a youth public association established under the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan (APK). The organization brings together active young people of all ethnic groups across the country, has representations in all regions, and makes a significant contribution to strengthening national unity. Its main areas of activity include developing leadership potential, supporting social and charitable initiatives, and promoting intercultural dialogue. “Assembly of Youth” serves as a platform where young people shape the future of Kazakhstan guided by the principle of “Unity in Diversity.”

The Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports (MCYS) is a government institution in the Republic of Kosovo responsible for developing policies, creating opportunities, and providing services in the fields of culture, arts, sports, and youth.

Since 2024, the Ministry manages the European Youth Card programme in Kosovo, which is delivered in cooperation with BONEVET Prishtina, a non-profit educational organisation dedicated to empowering children and young people through hands-on learning, innovation, and technology. BONEVET’s activities focus on STEAM education, makerspaces, robotics, and digital skills development for young people across Kosovo.

The European Youth Card in Kosovo is available to young people aged 16–29 and provides access to discounts and benefits in culture, education, transport, tourism, and lifestyle services. Young people can retrieve their card through the E-Kosova e-government platform.

As part of the EYCA network, active in more than 37 European countries, the programme promotes youth participation, mobility, and access to opportunities at both local and European level.

The Luxembourg Youth Hostels are a non-profit organisation and a member of Hostelling International, a global network of more than 2,300 hostels in 58 countries.

They provide welcoming spaces where young people can meet, exchange ideas, and grow. Faithful to their founding mission, the organisation is a trusted partner in youth and social tourism, as well as lifelong learning. Beyond accommodation, the hostels offer a variety of leisure activities, particularly sports and team-building programs. Their headquarters also manage nurseries, children’s, and youth centres.

The European Youth Card issued and managed by Les Auberges de Jeunesse Luxembourgeoises asbl, costs €10. It is valid for one year and available to young people aged 12–30.

Cardholders also receive regular updates on discounts, events, and news via newsletter and social media.

Aġenzija Żgħażagħ is Malta’s national youth agency, empowering young people through a wide range of programmes including youth cafés and hubs, empowerment and skills-development sessions, youth leadership initiatives, Eurodesk mobility support, the Young Parliamentarians Programme, and various community-based projects.

It also implements the European Youth Card for all young people aged 13–30, offering a free digital card with discounts, benefits and mobility opportunities across Europe. The card supports young people’s participation, travel, culture and learning, helping them access enriching experiences both locally and abroad.

The National Agency for Programs Development and Youth Work from the Republic of Moldova implements governmental programmes supporting youth participation, non-formal education, community engagement and the consolidation of local youth services across the country.

The Agency coordinates the national network of Youth Centres, provides capacity-building for youth workers, and develops policies that strengthen young people’s access to opportunities for learning and civic involvement.

While the Agency is currently in the process of preparing the operational framework for issuing the European Youth Card, the card is not yet being distributed in our territory. Once implemented, the European Youth Card will offer young people access to cultural, educational and mobility-related benefits, supporting their inclusion and active participation at national and European level.

The NGO Center for Youth Education (CYE) is a non-profit, non-governmental youth organization founded in 2009 in Podgorica.

Since 2018, CYE has been implementing the European Youth Card (EYC) programme in Montenegro, under the general patronage of the Ministry of Sports and Youth and with the support of the Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation. The organization is committed to long-term youth empowerment through activism, mobility, non-formal education, access to information, and social entrepreneurship, with a strong emphasis on promoting digital and financial literacy.

The European Youth Card (EYC) is a free benefit card for all young people aged 13–29, providing access to over 250 discounts in Montenegro and 30,000 across Europe. The card is available in digital form via the myEYC mobile app, and over 100,000 cards have been distributed across the country since 2018.

The card is equally accessible to high school students, university students, and all young people aged 13 to 29, thanks to strong partnerships with universities, secondary schools, local governments, international organizations, and the youth sector.The CYE team has received five EYCA Excellence Awards since the programme was launched in Montenegro.

EURO26 Poland - The Youth Projects Foundation implements the European Youth Card EURO26 in Poland, offering young people up to the age of 30 access to the EYCA discount program and a wide range of card options with insurance (e.g., accident, liability, travel, assistance).

Our activities focus on developing the discount program, building cross-sector partnerships (local governments, universities, sports clubs, private sector), and providing high-quality information on mobility and opportunities for young people.

We also support users through the MyEYC app, integrating local, national, and European discounts. Today, EURO26 is a tool that combines education, travel, sports activity, and safety - developed in line with the values of EYCA: inclusiveness, innovation, and youth orientation.

Movy manages the European Youth Card program in Portugal, connecting over 200.000 young members nationwide. Through exclusive benefits, discounts, multimedia content, and impactful campaigns, we strive to engage with youth, amplify their voices, and empower them to seize opportunities.

The European Association for Mobility is the organization responsible for developing the European Youth Card project in Romania.

The European Youth Card is the official card for young people across Europe. In Romania, the programme currently has a community of approximately 45,000 young people who hold the card. The card provides access to an extensive network of discounts and benefits, both at national level and throughout Europe.

European Youth Center Serbia is an organization that has been working for over 23 years to improve the position of young people and support their mobility across Europe, while also helping them build connections locally, nationally, and internationally.

Through its long-term involvement in developing the EYCA program in Serbia, in cooperation with relevant ministries and academic institutions, the organization is recognized for its key role in strengthening youth mobility.

CKM SYTS is a non-profit organisation focused on promoting and developing access to information on culture, education, and communication for young people up to the age of 26, as well as for students and teachers.

It achieves this through the provision of information services and by developing a wide network of discounts available via international discount cards. CKM SYTS is the exclusive provider of the EURO<26 card, as well as the ISIC card for students and the ITIC card for teachers.

The EURO<26 card is available to all young people aged 6 to 26 (inclusive, up to the day before their 27th birthday).

It costs €13 and is valid for one year from the date of issue. Cardholders benefit from access to more than 150 discounts and advantages at over 2,200 locations across Slovakia, the opportunity to participate in social media contests with prizes such as vouchers, products, tickets, and ski passes, as well as direct email updates on the latest discounts, events, and special offers.

SLOAM - Slovenian Youth Agency is the national organisation responsible for implementing the European Youth Card in Slovenia.

As a non-profit youth organisation, we support young people aged 15-29 through mobility opportunities, youth work programmes, advocacy initiatives, and capacity-building activities.We operate the Mladinska kartica EYCA, which provides young people in Slovenia with access to over 80,000 discounts and opportunities across Europe, including travel, culture, education, everyday services, and digital benefits.

The card is available in both digital and physical form and is widely used by students and young people nationwide.Through strong partnerships with public institutions and private companies, SLOAM works to ensure that young people in Slovenia receive relevant, high-quality benefits and opportunities that support their daily lives and personal development.

Injuve stands for the Spanish Institute for Youth. It is the public agency in charge of youth policies within the Spanish Public Administration at the national level. We are the EYCA member for Spain.

In Spain, regional public administrations develop the Youth Card in their respective territories while we coordinate the project at the national level.

Injuve is one of the seven organisations that founded EYCA in 1987 and has been an EYCA member ever since, developing the Youth Card program in Spain for more than thirty years. We work to help enlarge the European Youth Card project at the national and European levels with a strong public youth policy approach.

Instituto Andaluz de la Juventud (IAJ) is the regional public body responsible for youth policies in Andalusia, supporting young people through programmes on participation, training, information services, and inclusion. It coordinates a territorial network of youth centres and works closely with municipalities, youth organisations, and public institutions.

In Andalusia, the IAJ issues and manages the European Youth Card, with more than 300,000 active cards currently in use. The card offers young people aged 14–30 access to cultural, educational, mobility and leisure discounts across Spain and in over 30 European countries. Available in both physical and digital formats, it is a key tool to promote youth mobility, equal access to opportunities, and participation in European initiatives.

The European Youth Card Aragón is a programme managed by the Instituto Aragonés de la Juventud and sponsored by Ibercaja Banco, Caja Rural de Aragón and Caja Rural de Teruel.

Its aim is to facilitate young people’s access to cultural, mobility, leisure and educational opportunities through advantages and discounts in Aragón, Spain and other European Youth Card Programme member countries.

The programme promotes youth participation and equal opportunities, working with public and private partners to expand services and discounts. The card is available in both physical and digital format and is valid for young people aged 12 to 30.

The Youth Institute of Asturias develops policies to ensure equality of opportunities, the promotion of youth participation and active citizenship and the inclusion of young people in all aspects of society, from the labour market to cultural life.

The Asturian Youth Institute promotes the European Youth Card, offering young people numerous benefits from partner companies and institutions: discounts on transport, travel, accommodation, cultural and artistic centers, cinemas, concerts, theaters, study and training academies, driving schools, active tourism, leisure centers (theme parks, aquariums, zoos, etc.), sports activities and equipment, and more.

Cardholders can also participate in prizes, competitions, and raffles.

The Balearic Youth Institute (IBJOVE) is a public entity that reports to the Ministry of Families, Social Welfare, and Dependency Care of the Government of the Balearic Islands.

Its main function is to implement the youth policies established by the Government of the Balearic Islands and to develop youth policies with initiatives that benefit young people in our islands.

The Balearic Youth Institute manages the Young Art Cultural Program; the Balearic Islands Youth Observatory; the European Youth Card; the Youth Information Program; and several youth facilities.

The Canary Islands Youth Card is implemented by the Government of the Canary Islands through its Youth Department, which works to promote opportunities, mobility, cultural participation and wellbeing for young people aged 14 - 30.

Our organisation develops programmes, services and communication initiatives aimed at supporting youth inclusion, education, employment and active citizenship across the archipelago.

The European Youth Card in the Canary Islands provides young people with access to discounts, benefits and opportunities at regional, national and European level. It is a tool to enhance youth mobility, participation and access to culture, while strengthening connections with local businesses and public institutions.

The European Youth Card is a program run by the Government of Cantabria together with EYCA for young people aged 12 to 30.

It offers a wide range of benefits and special discounts on purchases and various services, including cultural, sports, and leisure activities, transport, accommodation, travel, and more.

Your card will be valid until you turn 31, and it is also FREE.

The Youth Card is personal and non-transferable. It can be used in any autonomous community in Spain and in 37 other countries.

The European Youth Card is an excellent initiative that offers multiple benefits to young people between the ages of 14 and 29, providing discounts on transport, accommodation, culture, shopping, and other services both in Spain and across Europe.

Main features:

• Validity: 4 years from the date of issue or until the holder turns 30 (whichever comes first).

• Coverage: Valid in all Autonomous Communities of Spain and across Europe.

• Price: It normally costs €6 in Castilla-La Mancha, but it is currently FREE thanks to a promotion by the Department of Education, Culture, and Sports.

The Youth Institute issues the European Youth Card through a collaboration agreement with the financial institutions Caja Rural Zamora, Caja Rural Soria, and Caja Rural Salamanca.

The target audience is young people between the ages of 14 and 30, inclusive.

Key benefits for cardholders include advantages at numerous establishments throughout the autonomous community of Castilla y León, free worldwide travel insurance, and a wide range of discounts of at least 10% at participating businesses.

The Classic European Youth Card (physical and virtual) is available and can be obtained:

• In person at Youth Card Issuance and Processing Points in each province. The physical and/or virtual card is issued immediately (the virtual card is sent by email).

• Online, provided the required conditions are met. The virtual card is issued immediately and sent by email.

  All information and required documentation can be found on the website.

The cost is €3 per year of validity. The card can be requested for 1, 2, or up to 3 years. It is available to young people aged 14 to 30 who reside (permanently or temporarily) in Castilla y León.

The Catalan Youth Agency is a public body of the Government of the Generalitat of Catalonia responsible for implementing youth policies aimed at the youth of Catalonia, including the management of the European Youth Card.

The card offers a multitude of benefits in various areas: culture, sports, tourism and mobility, training, health, leisure, technology, and more. Among these benefits are discounts - offered by entities, companies, and organizations of various sizes -some of which are of general interest for leisure time and others are local for everyday use. In addition to discounts, there are other benefits such as raffles, activities, calls for participation and participatory proposals, a travel assistance insurance plan, and a financing option.

As a public service, the card also carries out actions linked to the aforementioned services and to specific dissemination and information initiatives, which aim to promote public youth policies.

For example, topics such as gender, solidarity, youth empowerment, and territorial development. The technological aspect and young people's accessibility to the card service are a key feature.

Standout services include the digitization of the card, a dedicated app, the website, and online issuance. Outreach is another key aspect, carried out through various high-impact advertising campaigns, in-house media channels, and a social media and internet strategy.

The European Youth Card programme in Ceuta is implemented through the City’s Youth Service (Casa de la Juventud).

It delivers a wide range of activities for young people through the following programmes: Leisure and Free Time, Training, Youth Information, Youth Promotion and Participation (including Erasmus+ Youth), and Youth Emancipation.

The basic Youth Card allows young people to access thousands of discounts on services and products. It is available to those aged 14 to 30, and costs €3 per year.

IVAJ is an autonomous organization of the Valencian autonomous government, with legal public personality. It's the institution which coordinates the politics of youth in the area of Comunitat Valenciana.

The main functions of IVAJ are the young people rights, supporting their process of empowerment, cultural promotion, encouraging participation and youth associations and the development of leisure activities, tourism and youth exchanges.

The Carnet Jove is aimed at people between 14 and 30 years of age, both inclusive, and is valid for 2 years. It is free of charge.You can choose between two types of card, classic and financial. It also includes the Youth Hostel Card with all its discounts and added advantages.

• DIGITAL YOUTH CARD

You only need a valid Spanish National Identity Document (DNI) or Foreigner's Identity Number (NIE) to obtain your digital Youth Card. You can also request it in physical format. If you only have a valid passport, you can obtain it at IVAJ offices.

• CARNET JOVE FINANCIAL CARD

  To obtain the Carnet Jove in this way, you have to go to a branch of one of the financial institutions listed below (or do the procedure online) and open an associated account, which will not have maintenance fees:

Any young person between the ages of 14 and 29 registered as a resident in the Basque Country can obtain a gazte-txartela, for free.

It offers various discounts, prize draws, and, for those with an activated gazte-txartela, travel insurance with certain conditions.

The Instituto de la Juventud de Extremadura, dependent on the Junta de Extremadura, is the organism responsible for making a link between the different programs of the administration aimed at the youth people of the region.

That is, we are "the window" through which you can look out to see what the Junta de Extremadura offers you if you are between 14 and 35 years old.

The Institute develops programs and actions related to training, employment, emancipation, leisure and free time, culture or health. It supports and collaborates with projects of international cooperation for development, volunteering, non-formal education and is present in all those initiatives that suppose an improvement of the quality of life of the youth of Extremadura.

In Extremadura, the European Youth Card program is an initiative of the Instituto de la Juventud de Extremadura. European Youth Card offers you a wide range of activities and benefits, depending on your personal interests and needs: travel, hobbies, transports, books, cultural events, training and sports activities, etc.

Carné Xove is managed by the Xunta de Galicia through Dirección Xeral de Xuventude.

With this card, users can access a list of discounts and advantages in multiple entities and establishments in Galicia and in all EYCA members.

Since 2021, this youth card is free and valid indefinitely between 12 and 30 years old, both inclusive, so it is not necessary to renew it. Xunta de Galicia sends the Carné Xove to the households of all potential users, about 400000 people.

Two shipments are made each year to children above 12, with the aim of ensuring that all young people have quick and free access to the Youth Card. After receiving it, they must go to an activation point to put the eyca number on the card (or they can request it by online administration).

The Youth Institute of La Rioja is an organisation of the Autonomous Community of La Rioja that provides young people in the region with access to discounts, offers, and promotions through the European Youth Card.

Our organisation is responsible for organising and managing youth activities such as camps and national and international volunteer programs. We also accredit online training qualifications for youth card holders and grant financial support for certain activities to those who hold the card.

We organise cultural and recreational activities during the summer and offer discounts on entry tickets to these events for young people who have the youth card.

The "Carné Joven Comunidad de Madrid" is a free, personal youth card available to residents of the Madrid region aged 14-30.

Valid until age 31, it grants access to a wide range of benefits across the Community of Madrid, other Spanish regions, and over 37 European countries. These include discounts and services in areas like:

The Classic European Youth Card, available in both physical and digital formats, is intended for young people aged 14 to 30 inclusive and is valid for one year. It is managed by the Autonomous City of Melilla through its Department of Education, Youth, and Sports.

The European Youth Card also includes the Youth Hostel Card, along with all its discounts and benefits.
