For Youth Card holders, it will be possible to have a 10% discount on dance, fitness and gymnastics activities in our center. ASD Eshal is a sports association based in Cagliari, born out of a passion for movement, dance, and overall well-being. For years, we have been dedicated with passion to creating a welcoming, dynamic and inclusive space, open to people of all ages and experience levels. We offer a wide range of courses, including Oriental Dance, Tribal Fusion, Salsa, Bachata, Tango, Country Line Dance, introductory dance for children and much more, all held in spacious, bright, and well-ventilated studios. Our fitness area hosts activities such as Pilates, Yoga, Zumba, total Body and Power Bound. We also offer material arts classes, including Jujitzu. Every day, we work to make everyone who joins us feel part of a big family, supported with professionalism and attention by our highly qualified and always approachable staff.
