Esercito Brigata “Sassari” is an amateur sports association created to promote the culture of sport and physical discipline, both among military personnel and civilians, with a special focus on youth. The association is active in a wide range of sports disciplines, including karate, Olympic weightlifting, youth football, self-defense, functional training, and general fitness. It operates a modern 270 m² gym in Li Punti (Sassari), fully equipped for both technical and competitive training, with certified coaches, athletic trainers, physiotherapists, and nutritionists. In the field of karate, the A.S.D. is nationally recognized, with athletes competing in FIJLKAM and federation events. In Olympic weightlifting, it follows FIPE training programs at a high-performance level. Through a partnership with Torres Calcio, the club also contributes to the technical and personal development of young football players. The association promotes a healthy lifestyle, discipline, and team spirit, fully embodying the values of the Sassari Brigade through sport.
