Ülo has above-average interest in plant-based food. At the same time, Ülo does not say no to well-prepared chicken, fish, or meat. While the restaurant focuses mainly on vegetarian cuisine, it also offers meat and fish dishes, with the open-minded goal of bringing together two often opposing communities.
