Call for a trainer and rapporteur

The Council of Europe Youth Department is part of the Directorate of Democratic Participation, within the Directorate General of Democracy of the Council of Europe and is responsible for the implementation of youth policy in the Council of Europe. 

It is co-organising with the Youth Agency of Malta (Aġenzija Żgħażagħ) and the European Youth card Association a 50/50 training seminar on Youth Work (25-26 April 2022) in the framework of the Partial Agreement on Youth Mobility through the Youth Card and a CDEJ European University on Youth Policies (27-29 April 2022) in Valetta, Malta.

The Youth Department of the Council of Europe is looking for one trainer and one rapporteur who, together with the secretariat of the Council of Europe and the partners from Malta, will prepare, implement, evaluate (trainer) and record in writing and report on (rapporteur) both the 50/50 training seminar and the CDEJ Spring University. The trainer will develop methodological guidelines, a learning strategy and an adapted working programme based on the principles of non-formal education.
