Our mission is to offer a multi-sensory experience – to challenge, enrich, and create bold fusion flavors. This season focuses on experimenting with plant-based food, fermentation, pickling, and marinating, as well as high-quality street food, zero-waste operations, sustainability, and collaboration with Fudler. We place strong emphasis on hygiene, high-quality ingredients, and stress-reducing herbs and components. Our inspiration comes from regional cuisines across Asia and South America.
