Aikaterinis Laskaridis Foundation

The Aikaterinis Laskaridis Foundation offers to cardholders free access to all its events and exhibitions, as well as a 20% discount at its Bookstore and on all the Edcational Programs and Seminars. The Foundation's purpose is to function as a center of excellence for the promotion, at Greek and international level, of Greek culture in general and in particular Greek letters and historical and maritime research. The Foundation’s mission can be summarized as follows: Promoting Greek language, culture and historical knowledge. Promoting Greek cultural heritage through libraries, archives and digital humanities. Strengthening libraries’ role in the communities. Offering a comprehensive, multi-faceted educational approach of unparalleled quality for students and teachers of all levels. Contributing to the society as a whole for purposes that the Board of Directors deems to reflect the principles and values of the Foundation.
