The Mayol Student Residence is located in the heart of Palma. It has 19 fully equipped rooms. It also has the possibility of double rooms with beds or bunk beds and rooms with terrace. This newly built residence complies with the regulations of the technical code for public buildings regarding security and fire safety with RF doors, smoke detectors and alarms in rooms and rooms.
