Les Intergalactiques

Les Intergalactiques, a cultural festival in Lyon, brings together the perspectives of science fiction, science, humanities and popular culture more generally. Our meetings mix societal questions and pop culture by questioning them in three ways: images, stories, discussions. The theme of this 12th edition of Intergalactic is “Bread and Games”. It will deal with sport, competition and mass entertainment. It will take place from April 18 to 23, 2024 in its main partner locations. Each year, the festival's programming breaks down its theme in the form of film screenings, round tables, exhibitions, a musical reading stage and different fairs: Books, Role Playing Games, Creation & Micropublishing, Specialized Flea Market , Virtual Reality… And many other activities! In all, there are more than a hundred guests: authors, videographers, researchers, visual artists and artists, interacting on the subjects thus proposed.
